Be careful when skipping meals

Have you been skipping meals in an attempt to lose weight? Many people are desperate to lose weight and are willing to resort to any measure to lose weight. But skipping meals can limit access to the vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients that the body normally obtains.

Almost every dietician will advise that going without any food for any great length of time is only going to cause problems and is not the answer to weight loss. Skipping meals never helps you to lose weight but only causes your metabolism to slow down and prevent you from burning off calories.
